Refund Policy | Original Artwork:
All sales of original artwork are final. We will pack and ship your artwork with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery via UPS and will always include tracking and insurance.

Refund Policy | Fine Art Prints + Products
If for any reason you're not happy with a purchase that you made through FineArtAmerica.com (our print on demand service), you can return it within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, they'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

SHIPPING

Shipping on all original pen and ink illustrations is free within the continental US. Shipping for sculpture will be billed separately via online invoice once cost is determined, approved by client and before shipping occurs. We ship pen and ink illustrations and small scale sculptural pieces within 1 - 3 business days after receiving your order. Shipping time for medium and large scale sculpture varies depending on size, weight, packing time and shipping requirements. We use UPS as our trusted carrier. Tracking and insurance are included on all orders.

Damaged Packages/Artwork:
We are not responsible for packages/artwork that arrives damaged, but definitely want you to be happy and will do our very best to assist with resolving any issues that may arise.

Lost Packages:
Once your package has been marked "delivered" by UPS, we cannot be held responsible for lost package claims. If package is lost in transit, we will work diligently with UPS to locate and have your package delivered. In the very rare case that UPS is unable to locate your package, a claim will be filed to cover any losses. Once the claim is resolved, you may opt to do an exchange or request a refund.
